Bilkwam Ventures respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our Design & Print, Medical Non-Drug Consumables, T-Shirts and Web Development services, why we collect it, and your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
1.What we collect
- Contact details: name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address and organisation.
- Order and project material: artwork, logos, brand guides, briefs, specifications and supply lists.
- Delivery details: recipient name, phone, address and landmarks.
- Basic technical data: anonymous page visits and order reference numbers.
2.How we use it
- To process, produce and deliver your order.
- To contact you about progress by WhatsApp, SMS, call or email.
- To prepare quotes, invoices and receipts.
- To improve our website and services.
3.Sharing
We never sell or trade your data. We share only what is needed with delivery partners to complete your order, or with authorities when the law requires it.
4.Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with restricted staff access. Project files may be kept to support repeat orders unless you ask us to delete them.
5.How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for business, accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
