Terms of Service

1.Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Web development starts from GHS 5,000.00; the final price depends on your specifications and complexity.
• Prices may change if the scope of work changes.

2.Payment

A deposit is required before production or development begins. The balance is due on completion or handover.

3.Design approval

Please check all text, dates and contact details on proofs. Once you approve a design, we are not responsible for errors in it. Final source files are released after full payment.

4.Printing and apparel

Colours may vary slightly between screen and print, and between printing methods, within normal industry tolerance. Sample prints for bulk orders are available on request.

5.Medical non-drug consumables

Sterile, opened or custom-made items cannot be returned once accepted, except for manufacturing defects or wrong supply reported on receipt.

6.Web development

Work is based on the agreed scope. Additional pages or features requested later are quoted and billed separately.

7.Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images or text you send us. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

8.Delivery and inspection

Delivery times are estimates. Please inspect your order and report any problems within 48 hours of receipt.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
